2. Data we collect

We collect only what you provide via the booking request form, the contact form, and the newsletter sign-up: name, email, phone, country, dates, message, and source attribution. Server logs retain IP and user-agent for security and rate limiting.

3. Purpose

To answer your enquiry, manage your stay, and — for newsletter subscribers — to send our occasional opening dates and insider guide. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

4. Retention

Booking requests are kept for 24 months after the requested stay date. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Logs are rotated every 90 days.

5. Your rights (GDPR / Israeli Privacy Protection Law)

You have the right to access, rectify, delete or object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@villasun.co.il.

6. Cookies

We use one functional cookie (villasun_locale, 1 year) to remember your language choice, and optionally Google Analytics if enabled. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Form submissions are protected by CSRF tokens, rate limiting and reCAPTCHA v3. Emails are sent through Brevo over TLS.
