1. Booking process

This website is a showcase. Bookings are confirmed only after a written exchange with the owners (email or WhatsApp), the signature of a rental agreement, and the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the stay.

2. Pricing

Rates depend on the season and length of stay. A precise quote is provided in writing after your request. No charge is processed by this site.

3. Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival. Beyond that, 50% of the stay is due. No charge before written confirmation by the owners.

4. Behaviour & damages

Guests are responsible for keeping the villa in the condition it was found. A security deposit is requested before arrival and returned within 7 days after check-out, less any damages.

5. Liability

The owners cannot be held responsible for force majeure events affecting your stay (natural disasters, geopolitical events, public-health restrictions). In such cases we will work with you to reschedule.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Israeli law. Any dispute is brought before the competent courts of Tel Aviv.
